Sun Rouen, a longtime retail and beauty executive who brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across major national brands including Ulta Beauty, Starbucks and Louis Vuitton, has led large-scale retail operations and customer experience teams, including overseeing Ulta Beauty locations and managing Louis Vuitton’s largest retail teams.
After stepping away from corporate retail leadership in 2025, Rouen began exploring business ownership opportunities that aligned with her long-standing interest in beauty, wellness and proactive aging. As she evaluated the med spa and longevity category, she was drawn to 4Ever Young’s integrated model combining aesthetics, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, weight management and wellness services into a single personalized experience.
