Another Broken Egg Cafe Introduces Royalty Relief Program to Grow Franchise Footprint
New Incentive Offers Up to 8 Months of Royalty Relief for Existing and New Franchisees
July 07, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // ORLANDO, Fla. – Another Broken Egg Cafe, the daytime dining brand known for its bold Southern flavors, brunch experience and “craveable” dishes, today announced the launch of a new royalty relief incentive program designed to fuel franchise growth and reward qualified franchisees who move quickly to open their next cafe. The program offers tiered royalty relief based on lease signing timelines, with the greatest benefit available to franchisees who sign a lease in the third quarter of 2026.
Under the new royalty relief incentive program, franchisees receive 8 months of royalty relief for signing a lease in the third quarter of 2026 (July 1-September 30), 6 months for signing in the fourth quarter of 2026 (October 1-December 31), and 4 months for signing in the first quarter of 2027 (January 1-March 31).
The incentive marks one of the first major growth initiatives introduced under new Vice President of Development Chris Eby. The program reflects Eby’s broader strategy to streamline the path to ownership for new and existing franchisees, building on an evolution already underway across the brand’s real estate, site selection and lead generation processes.
“Real estate and development decisions often come down to timing, and we wanted to make it easier for franchisees to act on the opportunities in front of them,” said Chris Eby, Vice President of Development for Another Broken Egg Cafe. “Every new Another Broken Egg Cafe that opens is another community that gets to experience bold Southern flavors, a genuine brunch experience and the kind of hospitality that turns a simple morning into something worth savoring. We’re investing alongside our franchisees because we believe in this growth opportunity together.”
The program is available to existing franchisees looking to expand and qualified new franchise candidates entering the system. It underscores Another Broken Egg Cafe’s continued investment in disciplined, franchisee-first growth as it brings its daytime dining concept to new communities across the country.
“Investing in our franchise community is central to how we grow,” said Jorge Salvat, President and CEO of Another Broken Egg Cafe. “This incentive is about backing the right kind of growth – working with current franchisees and new prospects who are ready to build in target markets and giving them every reason to move forward with confidence. When we invest in our partners, the whole brand moves forward together.”
Another Broken Egg Cafe’s daytime-only model continues to stand out to prospective franchisees, with 10 to 12 new cafes opening annually. The brand’s single-shift structure eliminates dinner and late-night staffing, supporting stronger work-life balance for owners and staff while simplifying day-to-day operations. Franchisees enjoy average unit volumes of $1.75 million across the system, with top-quartile operators reaching $2.4 million, and roughly half own multiple cafes – a track record that continues to fuel interest from qualified franchise candidates. The brand’s bar program, which generates approximately 10% of sales, further strengthens unit economics and sets Another Broken Egg Cafe apart as the only daytime dining brand offering a full bar in every cafe.
