February 17, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // LANSING, MI. – Bubbakoo’s Burritos announces the opening of its newest location on February 16.
Conveniently located, the newest restaurant from the innovative Mexican-fusion brand is locally owned and operated by Sam Chowdari, Jinal Patel, and Jeet Singh.
“Opening the second Bubbakoo’s Burritos in Michigan is an exciting opportunity to introduce the community to our exciting brand,” said Jinal Patel, local franchise owner. “Lansing has a strong sense of community and an appreciation for great food, and we’re proud to offer a place where guests can enjoy fresh, flavorful meals made exactly the way they like them. Our goal is to become a go-to neighborhood spot for everything from quick lunches to family dinners.”
The Lansing restaurant marks Bubbakoo’s second location in Michigan, joining the brand’s existing Mount Pleasant restaurant and continuing its growth across the state.
