Caring Senior Service Opens Fort Worth Location Led by Army Veteran Marquita Foxworth
October 05, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // FORT WORTH, Texas — Caring Senior Service has expanded its Texas footprint with a new Fort Worth-area location led by retired Army veteran Marquita Foxworth, extending the company’s non-medical home care services to seniors and families across the market.
The new office is located at 550 East Bailey Boswell Road, Building 3, Suite 320A, in Saginaw, Texas. It will provide personalized in-home assistance to older adults throughout the Fort Worth area, including help with personal care, errands, meal preparation and other everyday activities.
Foxworth enters the senior care business after a career shaped by military and community service. Her interest in home care developed partly through her work with fellow veterans and their families.
Three years ago, Foxworth helped establish a veterans group through which she regularly visited hospitals and rehabilitation centers. Those experiences exposed her to families unexpectedly assuming significant caregiving responsibilities as parents and other relatives aged or recovered from health-related events.
“Serving in the Army taught me that people do better when they know someone is in their corner,” Foxworth said. “I’ve seen families step up for the people they love, but they shouldn’t have to figure everything out on their own. I want this business to be one more place they can turn for help.”
The Fort Worth opening adds another franchise to Caring Senior Service’s national network, which has grown to more than 60 locations across the United States.
Founded in San Antonio in 1991 by CEO Jeff Salter, Caring Senior Service initially expanded across Texas before launching its franchise model in 2002. The company provides non-medical home care to seniors, adults with disabilities and others who need assistance with daily activities.
The Fort Worth expansion comes as home-based senior care occupies an increasingly important role between independent living and more intensive residential or medical care. Non-medical providers focus on everyday support that can help older adults remain at home while providing additional assistance to family caregivers.
For franchise operators, the business is also distinctly local. Caregiver recruitment, relationships with families and connections with healthcare and community organizations can influence how effectively a home care provider develops within a market.
Caring Senior Service founder Salter said Foxworth’s leadership background aligns with that community-focused model.
“Marquita brings a strong sense of leadership and purpose to this new location,” Salter said. “She’s thoughtful about the kind of business she wants to build and the role she wants it to play in the Fort Worth community.”
Foxworth, who was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, plans to maintain connections with the veteran community as she develops the Fort Worth operation.
That background could provide a natural bridge to veterans and their families who are navigating aging-related care needs, while the franchise will serve the broader senior population across the Fort Worth area.
The new location also illustrates Caring Senior Service’s broader growth strategy. Rather than expanding solely through company-owned offices, the San Antonio-based business uses franchising to pair its operating model and brand with owners who manage individual local markets.
For Foxworth, the business represents an extension of the service-oriented work that has defined her military and community involvement.
“I want to leave behind something that reflects the way I’ve tried to live my life,” she said. “For me, that means showing up for people when they need support and giving families someone they can count on.”
With the Fort Worth-area office now open, Foxworth will focus on building the local caregiver workforce, establishing relationships with families and community organizations, and expanding Caring Senior Service’s presence in one of Texas’ largest metropolitan markets.
