Celebree School Expands Nashville Reach with Signed Agreement, Three New Schools to Open
Early Childhood Education Franchise continues Nationwide Growth with Passionate Entrepreneur, Tom Sloan
August 07, 2024, NASHVILLE – Celebree School, a leader in early childhood education that provides infant and toddler care, preschool, before and aftercare, and summer camp programs, continues to expand its national reach with a new signed franchise agreement, bringing three locations to Nashville-Davidson County and Williamson County within the next six years.
Behind the multi-unit signed agreement is Tom Sloan, an entrepreneur whose respect for education began in his early childhood. Raising four children with his wife Debbie, education has been an important part of their life for nearly thirty years. After graduating from the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University, Sloan went on to work in accounting, finance, and healthcare. Following many successful professional years, Sloan was ready to combine his lifelong regard for education with his passion for entrepreneurship. With exposure to family-owned companies, he sought a culture that would help him make a difference in his community.
“When I decided it was time to switch gears and take the leap of faith of opening my own business, Celebree School jumped right off the page,” said Sloan. “From the business model to the company culture and CEO Richard Huffman’s personal journey with education, Celebree School aligned with all of my values and goals. My mother always told me ‘An education is one of the few things that no one can ever take away from you,’ and I am eager to invest in Middle Tennessee and bring more families the opportunity to provide a high-quality education for their children.”
The new locations are poised for success in an already established market, with Celebree School of Franklin-Cool Springs set to open its doors in the spring of 2025. Founder and CEO of Celebree School, Richard Huffman, believes that success in early childhood development is equal parts curriculum and a connection that extends beyond the classroom to address the needs of the whole child and the whole family. With Tennessee continuing to rebound from the academic deficits the pandemic left behind, Celebree School is committed to its promise to Grow People Big and Small™ throughout the state.
“We are thrilled to have a number of schools slated to open in the Nashville market,” said Huffman. “The demand for education is rising in metropolitan areas, and Celebree School is rapidly expanding to meet that demand. By bringing Tom into the Celebree School family as a franchise partner, we’re setting ourselves up for continued expansion and success. As Nashville continues to grow, we are ready to be there, growing people right alongside it.”
As franchise development continues to surge, Celebree School is looking for qualified and engaged individuals seeking single and multi-unit opportunities who are involved in their community, have a passion for childhood education, and are eager to explore the world of franchising.
