Checkers and Rally’s Open New Location in Las Vegas

Fearlessly Original Brand Led by Veteran Restaurant Operator Accelerates Development

Situated at 6345 S. Decatur Blvd., this will be the second location to open part of a three-unit restaurant commitment with LV Foodservice Concepts, a leading convenience store and travel plaza company. Senior Vice President of Operations for LV Foodservices, Jeanette Davis, will oversee the operations for the new location.

Davis opened her first location with Checkers & Rally’s this past February, as she brings over 35 years of experience in the food industry. Since being Senior Vice President at LV Petroleum, she has directly made an impact by identifying, developing, and growing multiple franchise concepts for the company. In addition to Checkers and Rally’s restaurants, LV Foodservice’s Concepts portfolio includes brands like Bojangles, Sbarro’s, Starbucks, and Black Bear Diner. The continued growth in non-traditional settings underscores Checkers & Rally’s commitment to meeting guests wherever they are. Davis will also be opening another location in Pahrump, Nevada, later this year.
