Checkers and Rally’s Open New Location in Pahrump, Nevada

Bold, Original Brand Led by Seasoned Restaurant Operator Drives Rapid Expansion

May 19, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // PAHRUMP, Nev.– Checkers and Rally’s, the iconic double drive-thru burger and fries brand known for its legendary taste, undeniable value, and game-changing innovation, continues to expand across Nevada with the opening of its newest location in Pahrump. Conveniently located at 2310 S. Nevada Highway, the restaurant officially opened on April 30, marking the third location developed under a multi-unit agreement with LV Foodservice Concepts, a leading convenience store and travel plaza operator. An additional location is slated to open later this year. A grand opening celebration is planned for a later date.

LV Foodservice Concepts’ Senior Vice President of Operations, Jeanette Davis, oversees operations for the new restaurant. Davis opened her first Checkers & Rally’s location in 2025 and brings more than 35 years of experience in the food industry. In her role at LV Petroleum, she has played a key role in identifying, developing, and scaling multiple franchise concepts across the company’s portfolio. In addition to Checkers & Rally’s, LV Foodservice Concepts operates brands including Bojangles, Sbarro, Starbucks, and Black Bear Diner. This continued growth in non-traditional settings reflects Checkers & Rally’s strategy to meet guests wherever they are.
