Chem-Dry Opens New Franchise Location in Titusville, Florida

July 08, 2024, FLORIDA – Chem-Dry is opening a new location in Titusville, Florida. The carpet cleaning service is backed by BELFOR Franchise Group.

The location opened earlier this month, and is owned and operated by Roger Averill. Roger has over 30 years of experience in automotive sales and is looking forward to filling a service niche within his community. Roger will be assisted in day-to-day operations by his wife, Vicki Mattison. When he’s not cleaning carpets and upholstery, Roger enjoys bass fishing and spending time with family and friends.

“Although I really enjoyed certain aspects of working in the automotive sales industry, I decided that now was the perfect time to take the next step in my career by becoming my own boss,” said Roger Averill, owner of Chem-Dry Space Coast. “As my wife Vicki and I began looking into potential business opportunities, Chem-Dry immediately stood out as a business that would allow us to provide eco-friendly cleaning services. As Vicki and I begin offering thorough carpet and upholstery cleaning services across North and Central Brevard County, we look forward to building relationships with home and property owners in need of our services.”
