Crisp & Green® Continues Midwest Momentum With Second Omaha Location
April 16, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // MINNEAPOLIS – CRISP & GREEN® announced a restaurant opening in Omaha on April 24. The new West Omaha location follows the Dodge Street restaurant, which opened in 2021.

The West Omaha location will be operated by Rontu Inc. The organization operates locations in the Omaha market and the surrounding region.
“The community’s response to our first Omaha location has been incredible, and with so many guests asking for a westside location, expanding was the natural next step,” said Brent Bunz, CRISP & GREEN Omaha Franchisee. “This second location is all about meeting our guests where they are and making healthy living even more convenient.”
The company describes its model as a balance of company-owned and franchised restaurants, with the aim of consistency and scalable growth. Since its founding in 2016, the brand offers menu items such as grain bowls, salads, wraps, smoothies, and acai bowls. The brand describes its focus on wellness and hospitality.
A grand opening event will take place on April 24, featuring a complimentary entrée for attendees who downloaded the app and scanned their loyalty account at checkout. A Wellness Series event occurred on April 25 at 9 a.m., including a 45-minute sculpt class led by a fitness instructor. Registration details were provided by the organizers.
