Doner Shack Secures Prime Tallahassee Location, Builds Momentum in U.S. Expansion

May 2, 2025, TALLAHASSEE, FL – Doner Shack has officially signed a lease for its first Tallahassee location, marking another milestone in the brand’s growing presence across the United States. The new site, situated within the high-traffic Cascades development, places Doner Shack at the heart of one of Florida’s most dynamic and diverse communities.

Franchisee Kaushal Patel, a local entrepreneur, is confident in the potential of the new store.

The Cascades area is surrounded by government offices, Florida State University, and Florida A&M University. This unique blend of foot traffic and cultural activity makes it an ideal environment for Doner Shack’s fast-casual street food concept.

The deal was brokered by Jason Hurst of CBRE, in collaboration with Steele Advisory Group, which oversees Doner Shack’s U.S. franchise growth. Buildout is now underway, with the store expected to open later this year.

Doner Shack has awarded 15 U.S. franchise agreements in the USA since the start of the year and continues to attract daily strong interest from franchisees nationwide.
