DUCTZ Comes to Iowa With New Franchise Location Opening

June 06, 2024, IOWA – DUCTZ is opening a new Iowa location in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa. The air duct cleaning and HVAC restoration services company is backed by BELFOR Franchise Group.

The location opened last month, and is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Justin and Taylor Truhe. Justin has a background in restaurant management and sales, and will be managing and operating DUCTZ of Siouxland on a full-time basis. Taylor works full-time for Iowa DHS and owns a sports bar and grill with her husband. The Truhes will be assisted in day-to-day operations by their two technicians, Cody and Tate. In their free time, the husband and wife team enjoy spending time with their two kids and hosting charitable events at their restaurant.
