Eggs up Grill Now Open in Cherrydale, SC, Marking 10th Location for Award-Winning Franchisee

The Cherrydale location is owned and operated by Conley McIntyre and marks his 10th Eggs Up Grill restaurant. McIntyre’s journey with Eggs Up Grill began five years ago when he started as a greeter after his mother acquired her first franchise. From there, he worked his way up through the business, eventually becoming a general manager as the family expanded to multiple locations. When his mother retired, McIntyre purchased the business and has since grown his ownership across South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.

“Eggs Up Grill has been part of my family’s story from the very beginning,” said McIntyre. “Opening our 10th location in Cherrydale is incredibly meaningful. We’re proud to keep growing in communities we love and to create spaces where families, friends and neighbors can gather every day.”

McIntyre’s leadership has earned significant recognition within the brand. In 2024, five of his restaurants received systemwide recognition for outstanding sales performance, and each of his locations exceeded the system’s average restaurant sales. He and his wife, Kayla, were also honored with two of the brand’s top awards: Developer of the Year and the Pace Setter Award, recognizing the highest year-over-year sales growth. Most recently, McIntyre was named Franchisee of the Year at the brand’s annual conference.
