The Benson location is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Cory Taylor and Laura Cornell. This marks the couple’s first Eggs Up Grill restaurant and their entry into restaurant ownership.
Before opening the restaurant, Laura worked in the medical field while Cory built his career in the service industry. The couple was drawn to Eggs Up Grill after their first visit as guests, inspired by the quality of the food, the atmosphere and the strong sense of community the brand represents.
