March 12, 2025, BLUE ASH, OH. – Handyman Connection recently held its annual convention in San Diego to award franchise excellence and recognize top-performers within the system across a variety of categories.

Franchise of the Year
Kori Farr, owner of Handyman Connection of Newburg, has been identified as the Handyman Connection Franchise of the Year due to his high sales growth, market penetration/market presence, and an overall outstanding embodiment of the brand’s values in the Louisville area.
Allen and Ryan Hopkins, owners of Handyman Connection of Phoenix, take home the Brand Experience Award. Handyman Connection of Phoenix ended 2024 with a 98% Online Review Score and a 95% Net Promoter Score, securing their place as a best-in-class Handyman Connection Franchise delivering a consistently excellent Brand Experience.
This year, Greg Hancock, Handyman Connection of Phoenix, takes home the Craftsman of the Year award. This award recognizes the highest producing Craftsman in the franchise network who not only achieves a minimum sales performance goal requirement but also maintains an above average Net promoter score and customer satisfaction rating.
Tim Nelson, owner of Handyman Connection of Matthews, has made great strides in his first year of operation and established himself as an All-star franchisee to look out for.
