The franchise location is opening later this month, and will be owned and operated by husband and wife team Devin Colkmire and Nikki Napolitano. Devin has experience in management and various forms of construction, and has spent the last 7 years working as a firefighter/paramedic. Nikki has been a firefighter/paramedic for over 6 years, and is eager to start this new chapter in their lives while continuing to serve Hillsborough County. In their free time, Devin and Nikki take every opportunity to surround themselves with family. They love taking their kids and family’s dogs on outdoor adventures, and ending most nights with home cooked meals.
