HomeWell Franchising Earns Brandon Hall Group™ Gold Award for Excellence in Blended Learning

HomeWell’s proprietary LaunchWell program recognized for its innovative, milestone-driven approach to preparing new franchise owners for agency launch

The HCM Excellence Awards recognize organizations that successfully develop and deploy programs, strategies, technologies, and solutions that deliver measurable business results and advance excellence in Human Capital Management. HomeWell earned Gold recognition following an independent evaluation of LaunchWell’s design, delivery, innovation and organizational impact.

Developed by Ehlers and HomeWell’s Learning & Onboarding team, LaunchWell is the company’s proprietary, milestone-driven program for preparing new franchise owners to open and operate their agencies. Redesigned and introduced to the franchise system in its current form in 2025, the program combines self-paced education, instructor-led training, individualized coaching and practical application to help owners build the knowledge, confidence and operational foundation needed to launch successfully.

Early results reinforce the program’s impact. A January 2026 cohort comparison found that agencies completing the integrated LaunchWell program experienced fewer prolonged stalls and demonstrated greater consistency during their early stages of operation than agencies under HomeWell’s previous onboarding model. Participant feedback has also remained consistently strong, with LaunchWell workshops earning an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.

Today, LaunchWell supports approximately 35 to 40 new franchise owners annually across HomeWell’s growing national footprint.

The Gold Award marks HomeWell’s second recognition from Brandon Hall Group. In 2024, the company received a Silver HCM Excellence Award® for Learning Lab, its learning experience platform supporting franchise owners and their teams.
