Hounds Town Appoints Courtney Allison as Chief Franchise Officer and Integrator to Support National Growth

In her role, Allison will lead system performance and cross-functional alignment across Hounds Town, with a focus on strengthening communication, enhancing franchisee support, and driving consistency across our growing network.

The appointment comes amid ongoing growth in the pet care sector, with demand for dog daycare and boarding services continuing to rise.
Allison brings more than a decade of franchise leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Spavia, where she led operational strategy and growth for the national day spa franchise. She has also held leadership roles at Hydrate IV Bar and Sola Salons, working with franchise owners to improve performance and streamline operations.
Her experience scaling franchise systems and maintaining franchisee relationships informs ongoing brand operations.
