The ownership duo brings a diverse and complementary background to their business. Erich has a robust career spanning 29 years in IT, with expertise in process release management and performance improvement. He has worked in global roles for companies such as WorldPay/FIS and is currently focused on process improvement at Humana/CenterWell. Caren, a childcare professional for the past eight years, was previously a licensed massage therapist and dedicated stay-at-home mom to their three children.
