The deal was signed by a confidential, experienced restaurant operations group working with Nick Hernandez from H5 Ventures for real estate.

The Houston signing comes on the heels of HB’s recently announced multi-unit agreement spanning Arizona, Idaho, and Oregon, underscoring the brand’s accelerating momentum across markets nationwide. With back-to-back multi-unit deals landing within weeks of each other, HB continues to attract seasoned restaurant operators looking for a concept that pairs strong unit economics with a simplified path to growth.
