Houston TX Hot Chicken Raises Temperature in Seattle
March 25, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // SEATTLE – Houston TX Hot Chicken (HHC) is opening a new hot spot on Saturday, March 28, making it the very first HHC in Seattle.
The new restaurant will bring HHC’s signature lineup of hot chicken sandwiches, tenders and loaded sides to a city known for loud music and chill vibes — all made with never-frozen, organic, halal, cage-free, antibiotic-free and hormone-free chicken.
For those new to the brand, the menu is built for big cravings and bigger personalities, with fan favorites like the Cheesy Hot Chicken Sandwich, Fusion Fries, Texas Caesar Salad and Tenders & Waffle. Diners can even dial up the heat from No Spice to the brand’s infamous “Houston We Have a Problem,” which requires a waiver to attempt. Warning, it has brought down even the toughest of taste buds.
To celebrate the opening, HHC will host a grand opening event from 12–2 p.m. featuring complimentary food and beverages for the first 250 guests, a $1,000 spice challenge, an exotic car meet and giveaways including a PlayStation 5.
“Seattle has always had a deep appreciation for places with personality, and Houston TX Hot Chicken brings plenty of it to the table,” said Brian Simowitz, president of Houston TX Hot Chicken. “From the music history to the food culture, this city knows how to embrace bold flavors and bold experiences, and we’re excited to introduce Seattle to what makes us different.”
The new location will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
