Southern-inspired brunch concept celebrates grand opening on July 13 with signature mug giveaway

Located at 881 SW Highland Dr., Huckleberry’s will officially welcome guests beginning Monday, July 13. The first 50 guests in line will receive a complimentary “Who’s Your Huckleberry?” coffee mug to enjoy free coffee throughout opening day.

Bringing a little taste of the Louisiana bayou to Gresham, Huckleberry’s pairs Southern hospitality with a menu full of Cajun-inspired favorites and brunch classics. Guests can savor signature dishes like Mardi Gras Beignets, Stacked Chicken & Waffles, Cajun Benedict, Shrimp Po’ Boys, Fried Green Tomatoes and Louisiana Catfish, complemented by Huck’s Swamp Tea, Huckleberry Lemonade and specialty hot and iced coffees.

The experience extends well beyond the menu. Every Huckleberry’s restaurant is designed to immerse guests in the charm of the bayou with whimsical touches, including a weeping willow tree, twinkling fireflies, Zydeco music, colorful murals and playful alligator accents throughout the restaurant.
