Joshua Tree Experts Expands in Queen City, North Carolina

July 19, 2024, CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Joshua Tree Experts lawn care, and pest control, is expanding in the Charlotte metro. Local entrepreneur Ivanov Cepeda will open Joshua Tree Experts of North Charlotte in mid-October.

Joshua Tree Experts of North Charlotte will provide local property owners with tree pruning and trimming by certified arborists, tree removal, and plant health care to protect trees and shrubs from insects, diseases, and other challenges. Cepeda is familiar with home services such as these, as he owns several properties.

“As a real estate investor, I know the critical need for reliable home services,” said Cepeda. “I look forward to not only meeting these needs for my customers but building relationships with them and serving them for years to come.”

Cepeda has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, but for the last 20 years, he’s worked in the IT industry for large corporations such as Microsoft and Honeywell. When he decided to leave the corporate role to become his own boss, he knew he didn’t want to do it from scratch. Cepeda wanted a franchise system that would provide a proven business model to follow.
