MaidPro Awards Southeast Florida Territory to Former Employee, New Franchise Owners
June 28, 2024, BOSTON — MaidPro has transferred ownership of its West Palm Beach, Florida territory to William and Mary Hartmann.
This is the first MaidPro territory for the Hartmanns who come to the brand with experience in franchising and hospitality. William’s career in the hospitality industry includes hotel management experience in catering, food and beverage, and spa services. Mary previously owned fast food franchises in Venezuela and worked for MaidPro of West Palm Beach before assuming ownership of it alongside her husband.
“MaidPro is a natural fit for our combined experience and expertise,” said Mary. “It has allowed us to hit the ground running on an already established book of business, and we’re excited for the opportunity to grow our customer base.”
The Hartmanns have lived in Southeast Florida for more than two decades and plan to support the community they call home through this new joint business venture. “We are committed to differentiating our business through exceptional customer service and quality cleanings, but we also want to support our community outside of our regular service offerings,” said William. “We plan to grow our presence in West Palm Beach by supporting local businesses and hosting community-driven events to let residents know we are more than just a cleaning service — we are caring members of our community.”
“The Hartmanns are ideal partners to assume ownership of our West Palm Beach location,” said Emily Estes, MaidPro Brand Leader. “We are confident that they will carry on the legacy of MaidPro’s outstanding service that has been upheld for decades, especially in this market.”
