As very few businesses reach the 10-year milestone, Metal Supermarkets Houston (Northwest) has proven its ongoing success led by local franchisee Clement Njowo. Store highlights include doubling location size to accommodate more equipment — a new saw, a new break press, and new welding equipment – as well as more inventory to meet increased and diverse customer needs.

Over the past decade, Clement and his staff provided both Houston metal-buying businesses and consumers with service, going above and beyond to ensure they are able to get the metal they need, when they need it. This includes the days following Hurricane Harvey in August 2017 when Houston was flooded and brought to a three-day standstill. Clement works closely with the Bright Light Projects USA in Houston providing essential support for young women in African countries to become self-reliant and contribute positively to the development of their communities.
