The agreement, spearheaded by restaurant owners and operators Bob Quinlan and Al Graziano, will bring Mike’s famous red tacos to Massachusetts and New Hampshire over the next several years, with the first locations slated to open in 2026 across each state. Collectively, the group brings more than 50 years of experience in the fast casual restaurant industry, and they are well-positioned to lead the brand’s breakthrough entry into the New England market
