Troy & Collette Bise Top $1 Million in Gross Sales for the Year Ending 2023

August 16, 2024, Troy and Collette Bise are the owners of Minuteman Press in Spokane Valley since April of 2019. The business is located at 10020 E. Montgomery Drive. Over the past 5 years, Troy and Collette have transformed their business through hard work, local marketing and networking, generating referrals, expanding products and services, making key acquisitions, and following the Minuteman Press franchise system.

With 400% growth over the past 3 years, Troy & Collette were welcomed this month into the Minuteman Press International President’s Club for achieving over $1 million in gross sales for the year ending 2023. The President’s Club award is the top honor franchise owners can receive. On joining the President’s Club, Troy shares, “We are excited to receive this award. The idea that what we’re doing is working for our customers and they’re coming back to us again and again is the greatest reward of all.”

2. Direct marketing through some of the ideas we’ve received from Minuteman Press around a program we refer to as Lumpy Mail has become a major thrust of our marketing efforts, and it has delivered viable results.
3. Investing in the right people/talent for your business is critical. I have an amazing team.”

As for what advice he has for others, Troy reflects on his own journey, saying, “It takes time. New business owners may hit this point where they wonder if they’re doing the right thing. We celebrated the little successes and milestones along the way.”

Troy continues, “Cut to today… We grew sales by 400% in the last three years. A couple of key acquisitions, working to keep our customers happy, investing in marketing and advertising … they all seemed to come together at once. The business looks a whole lot different than it did five years ago. I’m glad we persevered!”
