Moxies Continues Expansion in the Heart of Chicago’s Historic Gold Coast

August 06, 2024, CHICAGO – For nearly 40 years, Vancouver-based Moxies has everything-made-in-house culinary, signature cocktails, and enlightened hospitality.

Now, Moxies continues its U.S. expansion with a new location in Chicago’s prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood.

The upscale casual restaurant and bar will occupy the anchor tenant in Newberry on the Triangle, a commercial redevelopment at 1030 N. State Street. The spot has been secured through a lease with JLL and will open in Spring 2026.

Newberry on the Triangle is owned and redeveloped by 11 E. Partners. JLL Managing Directors Adam Cody and Patrick Owens represented Moxies in the transaction.
