Below is the background information for each of the new franchisees, along with personal quotes. All of the new owners featured below signed their franchise agreements within the past two months:
Michael and Joanne McCann – St. Petersburg, FL
Michael McCann is a Tampa Bay real estate professional who has been a licensed realtor since 2017, helping clients buy and sell homes across the region. A South Tampa native, Michael has deep roots in the area and a strong understanding of its neighborhoods, housing trends, and investment opportunities. His background in residential real estate, property management, and investment-focused transactions gives him a well-rounded perspective on both the retail and renovation sides of the business. As the owner of New Again Houses Pinellas County, Michael is excited to combine his local knowledge, strong relationships, and passion for real estate to help transform homes and revitalize neighborhoods throughout Tampa Bay. “What excites me most is the chance to build something meaningful in a market I know and care deeply about,” stated McCann. “Tampa Bay is home, and I’m excited to combine my real estate background, local relationships, and passion for helping people into a business that can grow and create a lasting impact.”
Jonathan Dreyer – Alachua and Marion County, FL
Jonathan Dreyer is a dedicated business leader in Alachua, Florida, who has spent decades building upon a professional legacy first established by his family in 1979. After taking over the family enterprise from his father and brother in the mid-90s, he has successfully guided the organization with a focus on integrity and regional service. His career is defined by a deep commitment to the North Central Florida community, where he continues to uphold the values passed down through generations. Above all, Jonathan’s work is driven by his roles as a husband and father, prioritizing family stability and long-term community impact. He remains focused on fostering a culture of excellence that honors his family’s roots. “I’m looking forward to a more proactive approach and really being able to dream and plan about how I can transform a house,” stated Dreyer. “I love to see the transformation of improving real estate – along with the sheer joy and excitement that comes when a new buyer is able to fulfill their dream of home ownership.”
Larry Hall and John Suda – Wichita, Kansas
John Suda has partnered with Larry Hall to co-own and operate New Again Houses of Wichita. A Wichita-based real estate professional and business owner, Larry Hall has built his career around helping homeowners, buyers, sellers, and investors make confident decisions in every stage of the real estate process. No stranger to entrepreneurship, he is also the founder of L+H Homes and is brokered by Real Broker LLC. Over the years, he has helped families across Wichita and the surrounding communities buy, sell, build, and invest in real estate. “I chose flipping houses because it combines the two things I really enjoy: real estate and seeing potential where others may only see problems,” stated Hall. “After more than 10 years in the Wichita real estate market, I’ve seen just how many homes simply need the right vision, updates, and care to become much more valuable for the next owner.”
Alongside his business partner, Larry Hall, Jonathan Suda is ready to transform homes that need a little extra care into updated, livable spaces that add value back into Wichita neighborhoods. With over six years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Jonathan has worked with buyers, sellers, and investors, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the market from every angle. He is passionate about seeing projects come to life and takes pride in creating win-win solutions – especially for homeowners who may be facing challenging situations and need a simple, fair, and stress-free way to sell. In addition to his real estate background, Jonathan co-owns a mortgage branch in Wichita, providing deeper insight into the financial side of every transaction. Together, Jonathan and Larry are committed to transparency, fairness, and helping homeowners move forward with confidence.
Ron and Nicki Cates – Charleston, South Carolina
Husband and wife Ron and Nicki Cates have signed on to co-own and operate New Again Houses of Charleston. Ron’s background includes 20 years as a sales leader in both the renewable energy and telecom sectors, with experience building teams, growing businesses, and developing strong partnerships in competitive industries. He and his wife Nicki are raising four children, which makes for a busy lifestyle, though they wouldn’t have it any other way. “What excites us most about this opportunity is the ability to build something meaningful together as a family,” stated Ron. “We’ve always dreamed of working side-by-side and creating a business that reflects our shared values, while pursuing something we’re both passionate about. Nicki echoes these sentiments, stating, “Together, we’re building a business rooted in thoughtful renovation, strategic decision-making, and a shared vision of long-term entrepreneurship.”
Ryan Rodriguez-Wiggins and Lauren Dulin – Northwest New Jersey
Born and raised in NYC, Ryan Rodriguez Wiggins is a native to the Tri-State area who also spent time living in Connecticut and New Jersey, most recently moving to Lake Hopatcong from North Bergen. He spent the last 20 years working in financial services and software sales but spent most of his summers and time off working in construction before attending college. Ryan and his wife Lauren have invested in several different types of real estate including rent-to-own, short-term, mid-term, and long-term rentals. They’re both excited about the idea of helping people find their first home and creating generational wealth. Ryan is upbeat about this new chapter in their lives, stating “According to recent reporting, there is a shortage of over 10 million houses here in the U.S., so if we can take properties and improve them by adding value and giving families a great place to live we can make an impact on an individual basis. It’s kind of like the Starfish story: ‘…for that one, it made a difference.’” His wife Lauren matches his enthusiasm, stating “We love the idea of bringing houses that could use a little help back to their original glory. There’s nothing like seeing how a home can turn into a beautiful landscape with a little effort. In the past, we’ve invested in houses where we can add value and turned them into lovely rentals, and now we want to scale that into giving people homes they can enjoy for years.”
