Nick the Greek Strengthens Central Valley Presence with New Stockton Location
August 26, 2025 // FranchisePR.com // SAN JOSE, Calif. – Nick the Greek, the fast-casual Greek dining concept known for its flavorful, authentic cuisine, has officially opened its doors in Stockton, California. The new location, owned and operated by multi-unit franchisee Bobby Singh, joins his existing Nick the Greek restaurant in Vallejo, further expanding the brand’s footprint in the Central Valley.
Strategically located at the Stonecreek Village Shopping Center, the Stockton restaurant delivers Nick the Greek’s signature gyros, souvlakis, and bowls to a community eager for high-quality, convenient dining options.
“After seeing such a strong response at our Vallejo location, Stockton was the natural next step,” said Singh. “This city’s vibrant, diverse community embraces bold flavors and fresh ingredients, making it a perfect fit for Nick the Greek. I’m thrilled to bring our gyros, souvlakis, and authentic Greek treats to the neighborhood.”
Founded in 2014 by cousins Big Nick, Little Nick, and Baby Nick Tsigaris—named in honor of their grandfather per Greek tradition—Nick the Greek blends two generations of restaurant experience with the tastes of Greece. The menu emphasizes street food-inspired dishes, featuring gyro meats cooked in-house on a traditional vertical rotisserie, charbroiled souvlaki skewers, fresh vegetables, zesty sauces, and signature desserts such as baklava and Greek donuts.
With a growing presence across California, Nick the Greek continues to showcase the potential of a fast-casual Greek franchise that delivers both flavor and profitability.
