Noble Chicken, A New Fast Casual Concept From Wings and Rings, Coming in Early 2025

September 04, 2024, CINCINNATI, OH – Wings and Rings announced plans to open a new fast-casual brand – Noble Chicken. The first traditional endcap location is planned for early 2025 in the Eastgate neighborhood of Cincinnati, OH.

“We couldn’t be more excited about bringing Noble Chicken into the world,” said Nader Masadeh, President & CEO of Wings and Rings.

The brand is inspired by vintage Americana and regional flavors from across the United States. The chef-driven and chicken-focused menu will feature oversized sandwiches, jumbo tenders, crispy wings and bright salads. Most dishes will be customizable and will pair with a variety of flavorful sauces and dry rubs. Side dishes will consist of French fries, hushpuppies with flavors of the gulf coast, Nashville hot coleslaw, and hatch chile macaroni and cheese. Spicy highlights include Fyre Fries and Fyre Stix – French fries and cheese sticks layered with the intense heat and flavor of ghost peppers. The menu will even feature a dessert inspired by classic American carnival food – deep fried cookie dough.

Restaurants will feature designs that echo vintage Americana with a modern twist. The logo is inspired by classic bomber jacket patches, the kind you’d see on the leather jacket of someone riding their motorcycle on Route 66 on a cross-country road trip. The initial location will also feature a Fly Through lane for customers to easily grab online and pick-up orders.
