Potbelly Sandwich Shop Arrives in Suburban Austin’s Georgetown Community

The shop opens at Wolf Ranch Town Center, a major open-air shopping, dining and entertainment destination with dozens of stores drawing crowds from across Central Texas with its mix of popular national brands.

Known for its toasty sandwiches and wraps, hand-dipped shakes, signature salads and other craveable menu options, Potbelly in Georgetown is ideally positioned to serve shoppers, residents and hundreds of those working at Wolf Ranch Town Center.

The franchisees behind the new location are business partners Jignesh Patel and Nitin Patel.

To celebrate the opening, Potbelly will host a memorable Grand Opening celebration on Friday, February 20 from 10 a.m. – 12 noon. The shop will reward the first 50 fans in line with free Potbelly for a year. The festivities will begin at 9:45 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Fans can expect a lively celebration with craveable Potbelly food, and a Plinko game for opportunities to win exclusive Potbelly merch and prizes.

Regular operating hours for this shop are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday – Thursday, and 10:00 a.m. – 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Delivery, order ahead and catering are available in-shop, through Potbelly.com or the Potbelly App. Additionally, Potbelly in Georgetown will be offering delivery through third-party services, increasing the community’s accessibility to the shop.
