Potbelly Sandwich Shop Expands Greater Austin Presence with Hutto Opening

The shop is situated within the Townwest Commons, a bustling retail center in the heart of Hutto, one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Texas. Surrounded by popular retailers and offering easy access for nearby residents and the local workforce, Potbelly in Hutto is ready to serve the community and become the go-to dining destination with its craveable menu of toasty sandwiches and wraps, signature salads, hand-dipped shakes, freshly baked cookies and more.

Potbelly in Hutto is owned and operated by franchise partners Jignesh Patel and Nitin Patel, who recently opened a Potbelly shop in nearby Georgetown. A longtime local resident and experienced hospitality and retail operator, Jignesh Patel brings a hands-on, locally driven approach to ownership. Inspired by Hutto’s continued growth and strong sense of community, the team is committed to creating a welcoming place where residents, the local workforce and commuters can enjoy a toasty meal.

To celebrate the opening, Potbelly in Hutto will host a Grand Opening event on May 15th from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Regular operating hours for this shop are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Delivery, order ahead, and catering are available in-shop and through Potbelly’s app. Delivery is also available through third-party services.
