Priddy Spaces Expands Atlanta Footprint With New Venture X Location in Midtown Atlanta
Atlanta, GA // FranchisePR.com // Sept. 10, 2026 —Priddy Spaces is expanding its Atlanta flexible-office portfolio with a new 22,218-square-foot Venture X location at Regions Plaza in Midtown, continuing the coworking operator’s push into major business districts across Metro Atlanta.
Venture X Atlanta Midtown will occupy the entire third floor of the 24-story office tower at 1180 West Peachtree Street NW. The space is under construction, with completion targeted for mid-December 2026.
Plans call for 70 private offices, eight dedicated desks and three meeting rooms, with training and meeting space accommodating groups of up to 24 people. The location will target professionals, entrepreneurs and growing companies seeking flexible office space in Midtown without committing to a conventional standalone office.
The project adds an urban location to Priddy Spaces’ growing Atlanta network and reflects a broader strategy of developing premium flexible workspaces in high-traffic business districts across the Southeast.
“Midtown is exactly the type of market where we believe Venture X thrives,” said Giedre Priddy, co-founder and chief experience officer of Priddy Spaces. She said the company plans to differentiate the location through its design, hospitality and member experience.
Regions Plaza is an approximately 500,000-square-foot Class AA office building at West Peachtree and 14th streets. The property includes an attached parking garage and sits within walking distance of restaurants, hotels, entertainment and cultural destinations across Midtown.
The Arts Center MARTA station is approximately a two-minute walk from the building, providing transit connections across Metro Atlanta and to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Nearby destinations include the Woodruff Arts Center, High Museum of Art, Colony Square and Piedmont Park.
Those characteristics fit Priddy Spaces’ site-selection strategy, which emphasizes established office properties with transportation access, surrounding amenities and floorplates suitable for flexible-workspace development.
“From a development standpoint, this location has all of the ingredients we look for — an outstanding building, a highly visible and accessible location, strong surrounding amenities and a floorplate that allows us to build an exceptional workspace,” said Lidia Aguilera, director of development and construction for Priddy Spaces.
Aguilera said construction is underway as the company works toward its December completion target.
The Midtown project comes as flexible-office operators increasingly compete for businesses seeking alternatives between traditional leases and fully remote work. For landlords, coworking and flexible-office providers can also broaden the range of workplace options available within larger office properties, particularly as companies reassess how much permanent space they require.
Priddy Spaces is pursuing that opportunity through a portfolio spanning both urban and suburban business districts. The company operates Venture X and Office Evolution locations across Florida, Texas and Georgia and has a development pipeline focused on the Southeast and other high-growth U.S. markets.
Its expansion strategy includes new development, acquisitions and conversions of existing flexible-workspace properties. Within Atlanta, the company is building a network intended to serve businesses and professionals across multiple employment centers rather than relying on a single central location.
Colliers represented Priddy Spaces in the Regions Plaza transaction. Derek Baker, Jodi Selvey and Meredith Selvey advised the company, continuing a relationship that has included multiple Atlanta-area transactions.
The Colliers team has been helping Priddy Spaces identify properties that meet its requirements across both suburban and urban markets.
“Colliers has continued to be an important partner as we build our Atlanta portfolio,” Priddy said. She said the company evaluates locations not simply on available office space but on whether the property can support a differentiated Venture X operation and a sustainable long-term business.
Priddy Spaces is one of the largest franchise operators within the Vast Coworking network. Venture X is part of Vast Coworking Group, which also includes Office Evolution and Intelligent Office.
The Midtown opening will further increase Priddy Spaces’ exposure to Atlanta’s flexible-office market while placing Venture X inside one of the city’s established office corridors. With an entire floor at Regions Plaza, the company is betting that location, transit access and hospitality-oriented workspace can attract companies looking for greater flexibility while retaining the infrastructure and environment of a traditional corporate office.
