Rock N’ Roll Sushi Brings on New Training and Support Coordinator
August 07, 2024, MOBILE, Ala. – Rock N’ Roll Sushi announced Tony Cline has been hired as its new Training and Support Coordinator. Cline comes with a wealth of experience and is eager to turn the volume up.
Cline cut his teeth as a Managing Partner and Regional Manager for Outback Steakhouse. After spending nearly two decades honing his leadership skills with the popular steakhouse brand, he spent another seven years working as Director of Operations and, eventually, Vice President of Operations for World of Beer. Most recently, he spent a year as the COO of Lulu’s. With all this experience working for successful hospitality brands, Cline seems like he was “Born to Run” restaurant teams.
As the new Training and Support Coordinator, Cline will be the direct contact for area representatives, overseeing approximately 35 Rock N’ Roll Sushi locations. His role includes spearheading training initiatives and providing ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of the brand’s franchises. Cline will be instrumental in supporting the newly signed Michigan franchisee group, focusing on effective training and launch strategies for new store openings.
