Seasoned Operations Executive Rhett Williamson to Bring 76 FENCE to South Carolina and Georgia
August 26, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // SAVANNAH, Ga. — 76 FENCE, one of the nation’s fastest-growing fencing franchise brands, is continuing its expansion across the Southeast with new multi-territory franchise owner Rhett Williamson, who will soon launch operations in South Carolina and Georgia.
Williamson will own and operate two territories, with one serving South Carolina’s Lowcountry, including Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Walterboro and surrounding communities, marking 76 FENCE’s first entry into the state. His second territory will expand the brand’s existing presence in Georgia into the greater Savannah area.
Williamson brings 30 years of experience in technology, warehousing and distribution to his new venture, most recently serving as chief operating officer for a global automated material handling company. He was responsible for the engineering and delivery of complex material handling projects, including the construction-related installation of steel structures, conveyor systems, automated machinery, and fencing.
Williamson also brings entrepreneurial experience through independent consulting and real estate investments alongside his wife, Anne, who has owned and operated several businesses.
After three decades in the corporate world, Williamson saw 76 FENCE as an opportunity to apply his operational experience to building a business of his own while creating greater flexibility for the future.
“I’ve had a rewarding corporate career and the opportunity to lead large teams and complex operations, but I reached a point where I was ready for something different,” said Rhett Williamson, franchise owner and operator of 76 FENCE Southern Lowcountry. “76 FENCE checked the boxes I was looking for in terms of the investment, growth potential, business model, and opportunity in the local market. It gives me the chance to take what I’ve learned throughout my career and apply it to building something of my own.”
Williamson grew up in Wisconsin and spent much of his adult life in Michigan before relocating with his wife to the Savannah area. His decision to invest in the region was influenced by both his new ties to the area and the potential he sees for residential development and commercial fencing.
“There is significant opportunity across this region, particularly as residential development continues and businesses invest in their properties,” said Williamson. “Our approach to standing out is simple: do what we say we’re going to do. Customers should be able to expect clear communication, reliability, and quality workmanship to satisfy their project needs.”
Williamson’s launch will further expand 76 FENCE’s presence across the Southeast while marking the brand’s first entry into South Carolina.
“Rhett brings extensive operational and leadership experience that makes him well positioned to introduce 76 FENCE to South Carolina while continuing our growth in Georgia,” said Ed Samane, Chief Executive Officer of 76 FENCE. “His background managing complex operations and installation teams translates well to our business, and his focus on accountability and follow-through aligns with the experience we want to provide to every 76 FENCE customer.”
76 FENCE provides residential and commercial fencing solutions, focusing on quality craftsmanship, efficient service, and a seamless customer experience. Services cover privacy, security, safety, and property enhancement for residential and commercial needs.
Additional details surrounding the official launch of Williamson’s South Carolina and Georgia territories will be announced in the coming weeks.
