Sir Grout Awards New Territories in Texas, Florida and Utah
February 12, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // CLEVELAND, Ohio — Sir Grout is continuing its growth with new territory expansions in Texas, Florida and Utah. The brand has awarded additional territories to several multi-unit franchise owners, including Ryan Ward, Brian Fultz and Carlos Nouche.
Ryan Ward was awarded two new territories in Salt Lake City, Utah. He began his career with Sir Grout in 2017 as a field technician in the Tucson, Arizona, location, steadily advancing through multiple roles and learning every aspect of the business. In 2024, Ward purchased the Tucson location from its previous owner, where the business has since flourished under his leadership.
“Sir Grout gave me the opportunity to grow from the ground up, and this expansion is a reflection of the support and trust within the system,” said Ward. “After building a successful operation in Tucson, I’m excited to take what we’ve learned and build a high-performing team in Salt Lake City, while delivering the same exceptional results to a new community.”
Brian Fultz and Carlos Nouche have grown their Sir Grout portfolio with the addition of new territories in Houston, Texas, and North Venice, Florida.
“Expanding into Houston and North Venice is a strategic next step for our businesses,” said Fultz and Nouche. “Sir Grout’s proven systems, operational support and growing demand for professional hard surface restoration give us confidence as we scale into new markets. We’re excited to bring the same level of quality and service our customers expect to these communities.”
“We’re excited to see these outstanding operators continue to grow within the Sir Grout system,” said Philip Gill, brand leader of Sir Grout. “Their strong operational performance, leadership and commitment to excellence make these expansions a natural fit, and we look forward to watching them strengthen Sir Grout’s presence in key markets across the country.”
