Located at 676 South Edgewood Lane, the new pizzeria, proudly owned and operated by local residents, Steve Cutter and Clark Morton, brings artisan pizza to one of the Treasure Valley’s fastest-growing communities. Opening day events, which begin at 11 a.m., include a Slice House hat giveaway for the first 50 guests and a raffle for the chance to win free pizza for one year.

Brand partners Steve Cutter and Clark Morton bring a deep local connection and perspective to the restaurant. Steve and Clark selected Eagle because of the city’s sense of community, growing dining scene, and family-friendly atmosphere. They are committed to creating jobs, supporting the community, and providing a welcoming gathering place where residents can enjoy handcrafted pizza made with premium, from scratch ingredients.

Slice House Eagle features a menu of New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit-style pizzas, available by the slice or as whole pies. The menu emphasizes from-scratch preparation and high-quality ingredients, with house-made components and thoughtfully sourced products from trusted purveyors. The menu also includes wings, salads, and options for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diners, complemented by a beverage selection of craft beers, premium wines, and non-alcoholic offerings.

As is tradition with every new Slice House location, Slice House Eagle also features a signature specialty pizza created specifically for the local community. The Huckleberry Pie, developed by Tony in collaboration with Steve and Clark, celebrates Idaho flavors through a thoughtful combination of purple potatoes, baby red potatoes, mozzarella, applewood-smoked bacon, maple bacon, Larchwood Farms Huckleberry jam, sliced green onions, chili flakes, Romano cheese, oregano, and garlic oil, served with a side of sour cream. Offered exclusively by the slice, The Huckleberry Pie is also available at the owners’ Meridian location and has quickly become a local favorite.

The new fast-casual restaurant has indoor seating for 61 people and communal outdoor patio seating for 20 people, as well as takeout, online ordering, and delivery. Slice House Eagle will be open seven days a week – from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
