Spherion Staffing & Recruiting of Mobile Welcomes New Ownership

March 12, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // MOBILE, Al. — Spherion Staffing & Recruiting (Spherion) announced today that ownership of its Mobile, Alabama office has transitioned from longtime franchisee Cheryl Williams to Tiffany Robinson, an existing Spherion franchise owner who has successfully led the Pensacola, Florida location for more than five years.

The transition reflects the close economic ties and shared workforce landscape between Pensacola and Mobile, two Gulf Coast markets connected by overlapping client relationships, regional hiring needs, and a deeply rooted talent base. Robinson currently serves employers and job seekers across Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties in Florida and will now extend that locally-driven support across Mobile, Baldwin, and Washington counties in Alabama.

Robinson is a second-generation staffing leader whose connection to both the industry and the Gulf Coast runs deep. She grew up around the business after her mother founded a staffing company in Pensacola in the 1990s. That location later became part of the Spherion network. Over the years, Robinson has built decades-long relationships with employers and candidates across northwest Florida and south Alabama.

Robinson supports both general and professional staffing needs across her markets including industrial, clerical, professional, and leadership roles. She plans to expand Spherion’s professional staffing services in Mobile while maintaining strong support for the area’s core industries.
