Spring-Green Enterprises Unifies Technology and Marketing Under New Executive Role, Promotes Matt Jevne to Chief Technology & Marketing Officer
Newly Created C-Suite Position Signals Strategic Alignment of Brand, Digital, and Data Capabilities Across Spring-Green and Pet Butler Franchise Systems
PLAINFIELD, IL, // FranchisePR.com // May 28, 2026 — Spring-Green Enterprises Inc., the parent company of Spring-Green Lawn Care and Pet Butler, has announced the promotion of Matt Jevne to the newly created position of Chief Technology & Marketing Officer (CTMO). The appointment marks a significant step in the company’s evolution, consolidating its Marketing and Information Technology departments under unified executive leadership for the first time in company history.

Jevne joined Spring-Green five years ago as Vice President of Information Technology and has since played a central role in modernizing the company’s technology infrastructure, driving operational scalability, and leading cross-functional initiatives that have strengthened the organization from the inside out. His elevation to the C-suite reflects both the confidence Spring-Green’s leadership has placed in him and the company’s forward-thinking approach to franchise system growth.
“Matt has been a valuable leader for our organization and has consistently demonstrated strong strategic vision and collaboration across departments,” said Ted Hofer, CEO of Spring-Green Enterprises. “As the needs of the business continue to evolve, we are excited to see Matt step into this expanded leadership role.”
As CTMO, Jevne will be responsible for aligning brand strategy, digital platforms, data capabilities, and technology infrastructure in direct support of franchise system objectives across both Spring-Green Lawn Care and Pet Butler. The integrated structure is designed to create a more cohesive and agile operating environment — one where marketing and technology work in lockstep to deliver better outcomes for franchisees and their customers.
“I’m grateful for the opportunity and excited for what’s ahead,” said Jevne. “There is a strong team in place across both departments, and I look forward to continuing to build systems, strategies, and experiences that support the long-term success of our brands and franchise owners.”
The creation of the CTMO role comes at a time when franchise brands increasingly recognize that technology and marketing are inseparable drivers of competitive advantage. By placing both functions under one strategic leader, Spring-Green Enterprises is positioning itself to move faster, operate smarter, and deliver greater value throughout its franchise network.
