During a scheduled visit, a trained Surv professional walks the home and property with the homeowner, reviewing approximately 40 to 50 key checkpoints from exterior to interior. Areas include drainage, walkways, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical safety, and other commonly overlooked maintenance concerns.
