SYNERGY® HomeCare Expands Its Network in California
June 13, 2024, Tempe, Ariz. – SYNERGY® HomeCare has announced its newest franchise located in the Silicon Valley, SYNERGY HomeCare of Fremont where peace of mind is promised.
The company is led by Sweta Solanki, a former software engineer with over 25 years of experience in the field. Sweta’s journey into home care was fueled by her profound compassion and lifelong commitment to serving others. She is often described as the epitome of empathy, capable of offering unwavering care. Her transition from the tech industry to home care wasn’t merely a career shift; it was a heartfelt pursuit fueled by a genuine desire to make a profound impact on people’s lives.
Headquartered at 39210 State Street, Suite 108 in Fremont, the company assists residents living throughout Alameda and Santa Clara counties with a wide variety of non-medical in-home care options, from companion care to personal care and respite care.
Solanki saw a growing need for these services, particularly among Baby Boomers. U.S. Census statistics show that 10,000 Baby Boomers are turning 65 every day.
Born and raised in India, Sweta was nurtured in a family that prioritized compassion and generosity, shaping her natural affinity for caring for others. She pursued a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), and had a successful career in the tech sector, including positions at renowned companies like Meta. Sweta’s core values of empathy and compassion consistently guided her personal and professional journey
In 2023, Sweta made the courageous decision to pivot from her corporate career and follow her long-held dream of providing care and support to those in need. Recognizing the profound impact she could have on her community through home care services, Sweta established SYNERGY HomeCare of Fremont with a vision to deliver exceptional services tailored to each client’s unique needs.
“SYNERGY HomeCare of Fremont will strive to be a trusted partner for our staff, caregivers, and clients, no matter what,” says Solanki. “Driven by this vision, I am dedicated to inspiring our caregivers to connect deeply, care passionately, and deliver exceptional care.”
The Bay Area’s aging population is growing. Many members of this population need to rely on caregivers for additional assistance cooking, shopping, running errands, doing light housekeeping, or going for walks. Some even require personal care, such as help with bathing, dressing, or using the toilet.
“As the community ages and younger generations get busier, it can be difficult to prioritize care for their loved ones,” said Solanki. “That is why we plan to be their support system and make their lives easier in any way we can.”
