Carlos is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he developed extensive leadership and operational experience managing teams across multiple locations, building processes, training people and ensuring consistent performance. Marina brings years of public service experience with the State of North Carolina, including working closely with local businesses throughout the state.

The couple, who already own another business, were drawn to franchising after discovering a passion for entrepreneurship and the opportunity to build businesses that serve their community and create opportunities for their family.
