The Brothers That Just Do Gutters of Raleigh is owned and operated by longtime local entrepreneur Mike Parker and his business partner, JD Hughes.

Parker brings more than two decades of contracting and franchise ownership experience to the new business. He spent 11 years in the cable and low-voltage contracting industry, advancing from entry-level installer to field supervisor, commercial installation lead and operations manager.

That combination of field operations and multiunit business ownership prepared Parker to build a team focused on reliable workmanship, clear communication and consistent customer service.

“I wanted to build something my family could put its name on, where we set the standard and take responsibility for the results,” Parker said. “A strong franchise system gives us the tools and support to focus our energy on building a great team and taking care of customers.”

Parker was drawn to The Brothers That Just Do Gutters because of its service-first culture and exclusive focus on gutter systems. The Raleigh operation is a family business: Parker’s wife manages the office, his brother serves as the team’s Solutionist, and Hughes, Parker’s longtime friend, is the operations manager.
