USA Insulation Awards Four Territories to New Owner, Enters Tampa Market

May 28, 2024, TAMPA, Fla. – USA Insulation has awarded four territories in Tampa, Florida to new franchise owner Neal Weldon. The locations will be the first in the Tampa Bay area and will open over the next three years in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties, according to the development agreement.

Weldon comes from a 20-year career of leading sales and operations teams in the furniture retail industry. Most of those years were spent with a leasing company where he managed teams in locations across three states.
