Zaxbys Expands Footprint in Mississippi With New Olive Branch Location

July 31, 2024, ATLANTA – Zaxbys™ is expanding its footprint in Olive Branch, Mississippi, with a second dine-in and drive-thru location. Located at 11091 Old Goodman Road, the new Zaxbys is owned and operated by Tom Scott of Oxford Foods Inc. This second Olive Branch Zaxbys is scheduled to open on Monday, August 5.

The new Zaxbys location has a layout with a seating capacity for 56 guests. It is equipped with a walk-out door to allow employees easier order delivery access and a double drive-thru to serve more guests during the day. For even faster service, customers may also order ahead online as well as through the Zaxbys app for curbside pickup.

Zaxbys serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz™ and wings tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces, as well as its wildly popular Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and the brand’s fan-favorite Fried Pickles. Now for a limited time only, Zaxbys is bringing together two universally beloved food items – chicken and tacos – for its newest LTO menu item, Chicken Finger Tacos, available in two bold variations, Chipotle Ranch with Pico and Avocado Ranch BLT. Fans can satisfy their taco cravings with a 3 Chicken Finger Tacos with Drink meal for an average of $10.19 or make any meal taco-tastic by adding a single Taco for just $3 at Zaxbys locations everywhere.*

Oxford Foods is excited to grow in the state of Mississippi. For the construction of the newest Olive Branch location, Oxford Foods Inc. contracted local company Dimension Construction for the project and the leadership team comprises all local residents that have been strong community members for many years. The new restaurant is expected to provide up to 55 new employment opportunities.
