Ziggi’s Coffee Names Stacey Pool Chief Growth Officer
Franchise growth executive and marketing leader joins full-time to help shape Ziggi’s next chapter of expansion
July 23, 2026 // FranchisePR.com // DENVER, Colo. – Ziggi’s Coffee today announced that Stacey Pool has joined the company full-time as Chief Growth Officer, a newly expanded leadership role based at Ziggi’s headquarters in Mead, Colorado.
The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Ziggi’s. As the brand marks 10 years of franchising in 2026 – with 120 locations open and more than 200 in development – Pool joins to help the founders build on that momentum and drive the next phase of profitable growth.
As Chief Growth Officer, Pool will lead the strategy behind Ziggi’s continued expansion – identifying the highest-value opportunities and translating them into a long-term roadmap for the brand. Her mandate spans the full growth agenda: accelerating unit growth and new-market expansion while strengthening the profitability of every store. Marketing, brand and guest loyalty – where Pool built her career – serve as powerful levers within that broader growth strategy.
“Stacey brings a rare mix of franchise experience and brand-building expertise, and she’ll play a critical role in shaping the long-term growth strategy that takes Ziggi’s into its next phase,” said Brandon Knudsen, co-founder and CEO of Ziggi’s Coffee. “Beyond marketing, she understands what it takes to build the systems and strategy that help our brand, and our franchisees, grow together.”
Pool joins Ziggi’s most recently from FullSpeed Automotive, a franchise system of more than 900 locations, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer overseeing marketing strategy across a large, franchised network. She previously spent four years as Chief Marketing Officer at Noodles & Company, helping strengthen guest loyalty and drive brand growth. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Vail Resorts, where she helped build the Epic Pass into one of the country’s most recognized loyalty programs, and held digital marketing leadership roles at Nike.
“The founders have built something special – a differentiated brand, a loyal guest base and a strong franchise foundation,” said Pool. “My focus is on building on that momentum to drive the next phase of growth: scaling the system thoughtfully, strengthening franchisee profitability, and deepening the connection guests have with Ziggi’s every day.”
Pool is already working alongside Ziggi’s leadership team to shape the strategy behind the brand’s next phase of growth, bringing a proven track record of scaling franchise brands to an already fast-growing system.
