Assisted Living Locators 2026 National Conference Celebrates “The Superheroes Amongst Us”, Delivers Actionable Growth Strategies

Centered around the theme “The Superheroes Amongst Us”, this year’s conference focused on the role of Assisted Living Locators advisors and covering strategies for serving families navigating senior care decisions.

The conference welcomed more than 100 franchisees and team members and featured a robust agenda of breakout sessions, peer-led discussions and expert presentations grounded in execution and business growth. Sessions focused on strengthening referral relationships, improving operational efficiency, leveraging emerging technology and building long-term, sustainable success.

Key presentations included Sarah Barker on leveraging advisors to win high-revenue, high-stability clients; Ben Ward on “The Superhero Standard” and the drivers behind business growth; Matt Reiner on using AI to automate daily tasks and increase efficiency; and Shauna Sweeney, in partnership with Tendercare, on the value of strategic alignment and collaboration to elevate business performance.

The conference concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing franchisees for leadership, growth and impact within the network.
