Caring Senior Service Leaders Sweep Inaugural Home-Based Care Momentum Awards

The Home-Based Care Momentum Awards recognize North American changemakers across the home care, home health, and in-home hospice industries, including caregivers, leaders, executives, and innovators. Winners were selected through a combination of public voting and evaluation by an expert panel.

✅ Lauren Malik, agency director in Irvine, California, won the Operational Excellence award for building her location from the ground up to $1.2 million in revenue in its first year, on pace to exceed $3 million by year three, while leading more than 150 caregivers and serving more than 200 active clients.

✅ Katy Packingham, agency director in Galesburg, Illinois, won the Operational Excellence award for more than doubling her location’s weekly care hours, from roughly 450 to over 1,000, within her first year in a management role, driven by caregiver-first leadership and strong referral partnerships.

Together, the three honorees reflect the technology, leadership, and compassion that continue to define Caring Senior Service’s approach to home-based senior care.
